1343 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139

The Clifton features a 35-room hotel with the potential for food and beverage in the lobby/outdoor patio.

The Clifton was the first LEED Gold certified hotel in Florida in 2011, and features highly efficient systems throughout the property, including rooftop solar panels.

Originally built in 1948 and fully renovated in 2010, the Clifton retained its unique and historic Art Deco façade while transforming the interior with locally made, modern and eco-luxurious style. The Clifton was designed by architect Gerard Pitt in the Post War Modern Revival style of architecture. In Miami Beach, Pitt designed dozens of buildings in the Art Deco and Post-War Modern styles from 1939 to the mid-1960s.
