  • President + Founder

    Luca founded Instant Stay in 2019 and is responsible for business development, acquisitions and investor relations.

    In recent years Luca has specialized in the boutique hotel industry, becoming an expert on the intersection of real estate, private equity, and the flourishing short term rental industry.

    Luca likes to define himself a real estate visionary: he has an extensive experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, urban retail, single tenant net leased assets, land and multifamily.

    Luca was born and raised in Rome, Italy and completed his studies in Milan obtaining a Master’s degree in the prestigious Bocconi University. He graduated with honors and worked for renowned multinational corporations both in Milan and New York.

    Omar is responsible for the management and operation of all Instant Stay properties

    With ample and accomplished experience in Commercial real estate, Omar Garban is an example of success and professionalism in the industry. His deep understanding of Hotel financials models allow him to be a master in finding new opportunities.

    A mechanical engineer by degree, and a native Spanish speaker originally from Venezuela, Omar’s know how to manage an expanding hospitality properties portfolio

  • Head of Customer Service

    Ernesto is directly responsible for the Customer Service Division and of all Instant Stay properties portfolio.

    Ernesto has 40 years experience in finance with over US$450 million of assets under management across infrastructure, private equity and credit.
